Do I need any previous knowledge of Greek?
No. We offer courses for complete beginners as well as learners at higher levels.
How will I know which level is right for me?
Before joining a course, you will complete a placement process to ensure that you join the most suitable group.
How many students are there in each class?
Our regular group classes consist of 3–8 students, allowing everyone to participate actively and receive personalised feedback.
Which platform do you use?
All lessons are taught live via Microsoft Teams.
What happens if I miss a lesson?
You will receive all lesson materials, homework and study recommendations. During the following lesson, time will also be dedicated to reviewing the most important points and answering your questions.
Are lessons recorded?
No. In order to protect everyone’s privacy and encourage natural communication, lessons are not recorded.
How do I pay for my course?
ayments are made via PayPal. Bank transfer may also be available upon request.
Can I change groups later?
If another group better matches your level or schedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible.
What happens if a course does not reach the minimum number of students?
If fewer than three students register, the Academy reserves the right to postpone the course or offer an alternative solution.
Do you offer Speaking Sessions?
Yes. Optional Speaking Sessions are available throughout the year for students who wish to gain additional speaking practice in a relaxed and supportive environment.
Will I receive homework?
Yes. Homework and revision activities are provided regularly to help students practise and consolidate what they have learned.
Which countries do you accept students from?
Students from all over the world are welcome to join Avdi Academy.
